  • JOURNEY Life Coaching Group - JOURNEY is a free (NY State Department of Health-funded) 7-week life coaching group located in the Chapel of the East Rochester First Baptist Church in East Rochester, NY. It is designed for adults over age 18 who are working on recovery and are ready and wanting to experience life without an eating disorder. Group is facilitated by Cindy J. Bitter, a certified professional life coach who has recovered from an eating disorder. The group focuses on helping you create a life without illness, setting personal goals, making healthy choices, and developing and practicing life skills and strategies that support recovery.
